- Send us your request using the “RESERVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE” form which is located on the right side of the page.
- Check your email. You will receive all the details needed to complete your purchase ( Vehicle Reservation Instructions and delivery schedule according to our shipping partner).
Follow the above instructions to complete the reservation process. The the shipping process will start immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
Auto-Gestion De Vehiculos offers the following Returns Policy:
15 Days Money Back Guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon delivery, it will be returned at our expense and you will receive a full refund from us.
Inspect the vehicle within 15 business days. Have the car inspected by an independent mechanic or arrange an inspection yourself. Finalize the deal. Complete the paperwork and the title transfer.

Once a vehicle is purchased, from the time of the order, delivery can take anywhere between 5 days – 1 week, depending on the destination. The buyer has a choice of the vehicle being delivered straight to a directed address or the vehicle can be left at a general drop-off location and the buyer can then pick it up at their discretion. The vehicle remains fully insured for damage during the shipping, buyer inspection process and prior to title transfer.

Transportation of vehicle from our lot to any international port of choice
Pegasus Navigation & Shipping is our affiliate logistic partner who will be handling all your shipping arrangements. You will be given a certain rate for your vehicle shipment to your international port outside Europe mainland. This fee will be added to the price of the vehicle. This fee will vary depending on the distance from our lot to the port.

Pick-up instruction from our location,
In this situation, the buyer shall pay for the vehicle prior to the pick-up date. The buyer shall pay all invoiced amounts due to Seller within 10 days from the date of Seller’s invoice. You can make payments directly into our bank account and email the bank wire transfer receipt to us. We recommend bank wire transfer for payments exceeding 5000 EUR.

In fact, with the development of online money transfers and digital banking, you can transfer money internationally and exchange multiple currencies without leaving your home.
Important note! Before the pick-up day, the purchased vehicle must be paid for in full. The vehicle will not be available for pick-up or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local holding bank account.
